Adult pain care
When pain starts controlling your choices, the first step is understanding the pattern.
You stop working out, avoid yard work, dread long drives, sleep poorly, or worry that one wrong bend will set everything off again. The first step is not a generic adjustment. It is understanding what is driving the pattern.
Office Schedule
Hours at a glance.
Care is by appointment. Call the office if you need help finding the right visit type or confirming availability.
Why Evaluation Comes First
Two people can have the same pain location for different reasons. Your visit may include history, movement and posture checks, orthopedic or neurological testing when appropriate, palpation, imaging review, and x-rays when needed.
Recurring flare-ups
If the same pain keeps coming back, we want to understand the pattern, not just chase the sore spot.
Sciatica-type symptoms
Leg pain, numbness, tingling, or burning may need a more specific evaluation before choosing a care path.
Return to activity
Care recommendations should connect to what you want back: work, sleep, riding, exercise, lifting, or family life.
When To Call First
Call if symptoms are severe, changing quickly, include numbness or tingling, involve a recent injury, or if you are unsure whether to schedule online.
