This video is going to show you some tips, stretches and exercises to help you to improve your middle back pain. This pain is typically caused by activities with your arms out in front of you. Things like driving, holding babies, washing dishes, sitting at a desk, holding your phone.

- Reduce the offending activity: think about how you are going about your every day activities. If there is something that’s causing pain, figure out how tot stop doing it, or do it better.
- Perform activities that are going to improve the function of your middle back (like the stuff in the video above.)
