In this video, we talk about how to get the most out of your adjustments. We can boil it down to how you choose to spend your time. You come to see us and you’ll spend 15 minutes with me. But if you think about your day, you spend 23 hours and 45 minutes doing other things that can either help or hurt your progress.
So what are you doing during your 23 hours and 45 minutes? Are you using good posture? Exercises? eregonomic setup at your workspace?
These are all positive things that you can be doing that will help you last longer between your adjustments, OR are you eating junk food, slouching all day, and not paying attention to your health in between visits.
I will do everything in my power to help you to become healthy. Now you will have to use the other 23 hours and 45 minutes to fix it or screw it up. It’s your choice.
